Jeremiah Bogenhagen - President

Jeremiah is the CO Owner and General Manger at Health Essentials Inc. in Burlington, CO. He has worked in the NPI for over 7 years and is also the product buyer for Health Essentials. He comes to us as a Retail Representative Board Member. Being an event planner, Jeremiah is and integral part of managing some of the aspects of our yearly show. . His goals for our industry are education and easier access to information on natural products and thinks technology is the key to fill those gaps. He understands the issues within the NPI and the challenge indie retailers face with big box stores in their regions. He wants to bridge the gaps and have open lines of communication to build a greater coalition in our industry to keep us thriving.

Melanie Skelton - Retailer

Melanie opened a health food store 5 years ago and has been focused on growing that since. She is involved with all aspects of the operations.

Doug Frank - RETIALER

Doug is currently the manager at Rainbow Acres Market in Los Angeles, CA. He has worked for many decades in the Natural Products Industry, starting out at Frazier Farms years ago.

Phillip Snyder - supply Member

Phillip started as a supplement department clerk and worked his way quickly up the ladder to the position of Senior Store Manager at Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage. He knows his way around a Health Food Store very well! He was also the Rocky Mtn. Territory Manager and then Western Regional Sales Manager for Bio-K+ International Inc. He was the National Key Accounts Manager for Soothing Touch LLC, did contract sales for several Brands including: Green Gorilla CBD, and Slumber CBN. He is currently a part-time operations consultant for Dr. Theresa Dale's Wellness Center. His main position is as Domestic Sales Manager for Quicksilver Scientific. This role includes National Sales Manager for the Retail Channel as well as Supervisor of the Practitioner Sales Team and Customer Experience Call Center.

Mo George-Payette - supply Member

Mo is the former CEO of Mother's Market & Kitchen/Director of Purchasing/COO broad spectrum hemp infused products. Currently she continues to consult for the Nat. Products Industry, while also Founder/CEO of MOMO's CBD- providing premium plantbased/broad spectrum hemp infused products.

William “billy” Jones - supply Member

Billy was on the product manufacturer/brand side (in marketing) first, then founded a demonstration company specific for the industry. Now, he has developed a digital coupon software solution for natural products only.

Dawn Schmidt - Broker

Dawn has held the following positions with NPI brands: Educator, Western Regional Sales Manager, Eastern Regional Sales Manager, and National Sales Manager. In June of 2021, she launched my own NPI contract boutique agency where she acts as the Director of Sales for Michael's Naturopathic Programs, and broker in UT and NV for several brands.

Rob seeman - Broker

Rob has worked in many facets of the Natural Products Industry over his career from Store Clerk, Customer Service Manager, Buyer, Sales Representative, Broker, Store Owner, to Product Formulator, and Brand Founder.

Jodie Dunhill - Broker

Jodie has been in the Natural Products Industry for over 17 years. Starting out she worked exclusively for a bodycare brand managing all the rep groups in the US as well as the European distribution. She started her brokerage11 years ago and has never looked back! She represents brands in all categories that are relative and niche in the Rocky Mountain Region. Her team of sales reps strive for the the highest level of customer service and attention to detail while maintaining strong relationships with the manufacturers that they represent and the stores that carry their products.   Jodie works closely with the chain accounts in her territory as well. The team claims top honors with growth for our brands and are a competitive team to say the least with a track record of raising sales & expanding territories. They are a passionate, focused  group and care about our brands as if they were their own. With a small portfolio they are able to give each brand the attention it deserves.
